Warranty Coverage

CREKRED products are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of delivery.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from the CREKRED official website or an authorized retailer.

During the warranty period, if your product is found to have a manufacturing defect or failure under normal residential use, CREKRED will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the product
• Replace the defective product
• Replace defective components
• Provide an equivalent replacement if the original model is no longer available

What Is Covered

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:

• Power supply defects

What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Fire, flood, lightning, or other natural disasters
• Normal cosmetic wear and tear

Consumable accessories and normal aging of cosmetic components are also not covered.
