Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage begins on the date of delivery.

Full Body Red Light Therapy Panels

All CREKRED full body red light therapy panels are covered by a 3-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

All Other Products

All other CREKRED products, including LED facial masks and accessories, are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Defects in materials
• Defects in workmanship
• Functional failures that occur during normal use and are not caused by misuse or accidental damage

If a product is determined to be defective during the applicable warranty period, CREKRED may, at its discretion:

• Repair the product
• Replace the defective product or component
• Provide a comparable replacement if the original product is unavailable

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Misuse, abuse, or improper operation
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Improper installation
• Accidents, drops, or impact damage
• Water, fire, or other environmental damage
• Normal cosmetic wear and tear
• Damage caused by failure to follow the product instructions

This warranty also does not cover products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
